    Fak did an eyebrow wax for me this morning and was fantastic. She was gentle but precise. I also spoke to a young man on the phone whilst booking who was very lovely and helpful.

    I called a million Salons in the city asking for a colouring technique called balayage to be done on long hair and was told by most that they only do that on short hair and the ones that said they will do it said but often it will come out blotchy so probably not a good idea which did not inspire much confidence. I called SUBE and got my hair done by Ben and he knew straightaway how to do it and my hair looks amazing! Very Happy! Plus they make great hot chocolates too (:
