  This is the only classic "fish and chips joint" in Aberfoyle Park. Food is good without being spectacular. They take phone orders and the food is always ready when you arrive. I recommend their steak sangers - brilliant.

  Impressively bad. I thought I had experienced terrible fish and chips before but this tops it. Cold, soggy chips. $5 worth of chips is enough for 1 not very hungry adult. Crumbed fish- is actually battered fish dipped in crumbs. Fish has a rancid smell, I went to eat ot and immediately spat it out it tasted that off. Oil not hot enough as food was very greasy. We had high hopes for this place, but after trying all in our local area this is clearly the worst. Its a shame.

  The amount of chips was also fairly stingy for the money and didn't look anywhere near as much as was suggested by the picture on the board.

  Fish was already battered then rolled in a few crumbs and very fresh. Chips were soggy and the pack didn't feel very warm from the moment I had it handed to me inbthe shop and it was only luke warm by the time I got home. If I went to their near by rival it this wouldn't happen.
